Month One: Nervous System Regulation

Creating safety in the system so the soul can speak.

Before we reclaim energy or unravel old patterns, we start at the root: safety.

Month One is where the noise quiets. The hypervigilance softens. You begin listening not only to your thoughts but to your body’s truth. This isn’t about forcing calm; it’s about learning to regulate gently, intentionally, and with compassion.

You’ll explore your unique nervous system through a trauma-informed lens, understanding how your body protects, adapts, and responds. You’ll uncover the survival patterns that once kept you safe and begin rewriting them with awareness instead of control.

Through weekly somatic practices, nervous system mapping, and embodied journaling, you’ll discover what real regulation actually feels like, for you. Not performative calm. Not spiritual bypass. Just steady presence in your own skin.

You’ll build your personal regulation menu, learn your window of tolerance, and shift from reaction to response.

By the end of Month One, you’ll notice your rhythm softening, finally moving from survival to safety.

Month Two: Rhythm & Reclamation

Understanding your constitution to align with your healing rhythm.

Month Two is where you start seeing yourself clearly without labels, without judgment. You begin to understand why your energy spikes, why your focus fades, and why certain stressors hit harder than others.

This is your personal blueprint. Not to put you in a box, but to give you context.
The way you think, feel, and move is not random; it’s your body’s way of staying safe.

You’ll explore your energetic patterns through the lens of nervous system states, temperament, and behavior learning what throws you off balance and what brings you back. You’ll start recognizing that your anxiety isn’t chaos, your burnout isn’t failure, and your exhaustion isn’t laziness. It’s simply misdirected energy asking to be re-aligned.

Through movement, breath, reflection, and self-inquiry, you’ll learn to work with your design instead of against it moving from self-criticism to self-understanding.

Month Three: Reconnection

Reclaiming energy and embodiment after survival.

By Month Three, your system knows safety. Now you begin to move with your body instead of managing it.

This is the month of returning to your voice, your desires, your pulse. The woman who once lived on autopilot starts to feel alive in her skin again.

Here, you learn to translate sensation into truth. The tightness in your chest, the tension in your jaw, the fatigue that never lifts—these aren’t flaws to fix, they’re signals. Your body has been whispering what your mind has been too busy to hear.

Through guided somatic practices, mindful movement, and expressive release work, you’ll reconnect to the energy you’ve been leaking into over-functioning and perfectionism. You’ll practice boundaries as body language, not theory. You’ll remember what joy feels like when it’s not another task on your list.

Month Four: Integration & Rise

After grounding your nervous system, discovering your rhythm, and reconnecting to your body’s truth, it’s time to rise.

This is where everything you’ve learned begins to weave together. Your system feels safety, your mind feels clarity, and your energy finally has space to expand.

You’ll revisit the layers of your being, root, heart, voice, intuition, not as “blocked,” but as brilliant, adaptive parts of you that kept you safe. Each one will have a chance to open again, gently, through presence instead of pressure.

We’ll explore how energy moves through your body when you speak truth, hold boundaries, love openly, and lead from wholeness. Through guided somatic activation, expressive movement, and reflection rituals, you’ll integrate the work so it becomes a way of living, not just healing.
