Rachel is the absolute best at what she does! During any of her yoga or weight training sessions she was always the best at communicating how to execute each move and made sure we were doing it correctly as to not hurt ourselves. I started going to Nurtured Soul Studios when it opened and it’s been a great experience. I almost exclusively go to Rachel’s 530am class and it’s been such a great way to start my day. I am not very good at yoga but Rachel never judges, remains patient, and works on areas that are particularly challenging for me. I am so glad she opened her studio near my house.
