We begin by slowing down, breathing deeper, and learning to observe instead of judge. This first week is all about slowing down, getting honest, and reclaiming your mind. You will explore two foundational breath practices (Box + Dirga), learn what’s holding you back (hello, fear and limiting beliefs), and begin noticing your inner world instead of bulldozing through it. Through breathwork, journaling, reflection, and inventory work, we will lay the foundation for deep, sustainable healing.

  • Confidence + self-esteem meditation

Week Two: Balancing Your Body

  • What is my nervous system trying to tell me?

  • Where am I holding stress, shame, or emotion in my body?

  • How do I reclaim peace in a body that’s been in survival mode?

This week is where we reconnect to the body, where trauma is stored, and healing begins. You will learn the science of your nervous system, understand the freeze/fawn and fight/flight responses, and explore where those patterns live physically. From body image reflection to body inventory to real talk about emotional triggers, we start to meet the body with love instead of judgment.

  • Full body inventory + energy mapping

  • Body image reflection + trigger exploration

  • Shadow work introduction

  • Forgiveness meditation + compassion practices

Week Three: Supporting Your Soul

  • What does my soul need more of and less of?

  • What boundaries protect my peace?

  • What helps me integrate, not just “do” the work?

In our final week, we bring the healing home. We explore boundaries and non-negotiables as nervous system safety tools, reconnect with the energy body (chakra basics!), and deepen into somatic expression. You will learn what integration really means: not more doing, and being with yourself from a grounded, soulful place.
