In this first module, we begin to peel back the layers. Through meditation, journal work, and powerful reflection, you will start seeing through old narratives and stepping into your new truth.
Module Two: Balancing Your Body
Healing does not happen in your mind alone. It happens in your body; the body keeps the score.
In week two, we reconnect breath, movement, and mindfulness to help you ground your healing into your everyday life. You will learn breathwork, somatic practices, and mindful movements to minimize anxiety, interrupt fear-based patterns, and start living from a stronger, softer foundation.
Module Three: Supporting Your Soul
This is where everything you have planted starts to bloom. We deepen into shadow work (meeting and loving the parts you once hid), somatic healing, energy awareness (chakras), forgiveness, boundary setting, and claiming your non-negotiables. You will leave this module with a vision and a toolkit for living as your whole Mind.Body.Soul® self, every day.
