Individual Yoga Therapy is designed as a multi session container to support sustainable change, not short term relief.

We begin with a comprehensive intake and create a personalized plan of care that evolves with you. Sessions are longer than standard private sessions to allow time for regulation, education, movement, and integration.

This work builds capacity over time so your system can feel safer, steadier, and more resourced in daily life.

Couples Yoga Therapy supports partners in learning to regulate individually and together.

This is not talk therapy and not a date night yoga class.
It is structured, therapeutic work for couples navigating stress, disconnection, or patterns that feel hard to shift.

In this space, we work with three clients at once:
You.
Your partner.
Your relationship.

Through guided practices, couples learn to recognize nervous system states, support one another before conflict escalates, and rebuild trust through presence rather than pressure.

  • Weekly 75 Minute Private Yoga Therapy Sessions
    One-on-one sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, integration, and embodied healing. Sessions move at a pace your body can trust.

  • Trauma-Informed, Somatic-Based Care

    Sessions may include gentle movement, breathwork, nervous system education, rest, and integration practices tailored to your needs.

  • Custom Tools & Practices
    Personalized practices designed for your nervous system, body, and daily rhythms.

  • Private Telegram Access
    Clients receive access to a private Telegram channel for grounding support between sessions. This may include voice notes, reflections, or simple practices to support integration in daily life. Communication is intentional, contained, and not crisis-based.

  • Optional Class Integration
    Yoga Therapy clients may choose to add small group classes at a reduced rate to support continuity and embodiment.
